I founded PeakForm Coaching after a decade of training athletes, founders, and parents who needed smart structure more than extreme hustle. My job is to translate sports science into practical routines that fit busy lives.

With certifications from NASM, Precision Nutrition, and StrongFirst, I combine strength and mobility work with data from wearables and readiness logs. Sessions are recorded with cues so you can repeat movements with confidence, even when we train remotely.
My process is simple: assess movement and lifestyle, build a 6-week block with clear KPIs, refine nutrition to support it, and coach execution with compassionate accountability. We celebrate consistent sleep, stress management, and play as much as PRs.
